A WhatsApp agent is an AI chatbot connected to your business WhatsApp number through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. It reads each message and replies from your business details. It can book an appointment, save a lead or hand the chat to you.
Partly. When a customer messages you, your replies within the next 24 hours are free. Template messages you start, such as offers, are charged per message by Meta. Reminders sent outside that 24-hour window are charged too. Meta sets the rates, so we go through them with you before launch.
